On behalf of the Organising Committee, we would like to invite you to take part in the 37th South African National Blood Transfusion Congress as an exhibitor or sponsor. The Congress will be held at the Birchwood Hotel in Johannesburg from 25 – 28 August 2025.
The Congress aims to provide a platform for delegates to acquire information on scientific developments, share knowledge and network with other professionals in their fields. As in previous years, we hope to welcome a growing number of delegates from neighboring African countries to widen our pool of knowledge and ensure the sustainability of blood transfusion as an essential service.

CSI Initiative
Since the 2015 Congress the Organising Committee has successfully run a social responsibility initiative and we expect the need to be even greater in 2025. The objective of this is to support and give back to the community where the blood transfusion Congress has taken place.
The Organising Committee still needs to identify the recipients of the donations from the Congress, further details to follow.
